Job Context:
Urban Sloth Studio is a creative animation and video production company specializing in SaaS, AI, tech, and educational content. We help brands transform complex ideas into engaging visual stories through animation, motion design, 3D visuals, and storytelling.
We’re looking for a passionate Motion Design Intern who wants to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience working on real client projects alongside an experienced creative team.
Job Description:
- • Assist in creating motion graphics, animated explainer videos, commercials, and social media content.
• Animate illustrations, UI elements, typography, and visual assets based on creative briefs and storyboards.
• Support the animation team in producing engaging visual content for SaaS, AI, and technology brands.
• Help prepare animation assets and organize project files for production.
• Research animation styles, transitions, and motion design trends.
• Collaborate with designers, illustrators, writers, and creative directors throughout the production process.
• Participate in creative reviews and implement feedback to improve animation quality.
What You'll Learn

Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of motion design and animation principles.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Cinema 4D is a plus.
- Understanding of timing, spacing, composition, and visual storytelling fundamentals.
- A keen eye for design, movement, and detail.
- Willingness to learn and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
