Disputifier is an AI-powered, automated chargeback management and prevention platform designed for e-commerce businesses and payment facilitators. The platform helps merchants reduce incoming disputes, improve win rates, and automate the entire chargeback lifecycle — enabling teams to spend zero time on manual dispute handling while protecting revenue and merchant account health.
For Disputifier, we created a cinematic product video that communicates the platform’s value in a way that feels both intelligent and approachable. The goal was to turn complex financial workflows and AI automation logic into a story that merchants can instantly grasp — especially founders, operations teams, and growth leaders in e-commerce.
Managing chargebacks is a tedious, time-consuming, and often manual process that drains resources and creates operational risk for online merchants. High dispute rates can mean lost revenue, penalties from payment processors, and even the loss of merchant account privileges. Our concept married cinematic storytelling with product clarity. Abstract visuals symbolized automation logic, AI decision-making, and seamless workflows, while scene pacing emphasized confidence and momentum.
We combined motion graphics, fluid transitions, and sound design to build a polished, scalable product film that could function across homepage, social, and sales touch points.
