How do you explain one product to four completely different people?
Challenges
SiSi needed a clear and engaging way to explain their all-in-one school platform. Their system includes LMS, SIS, finance, communication, attendance, and reporting. The challenge was showing how all these modules connect while keeping the message simple for school leaders, teachers, parents, and students.

We mapped out SiSi’s main modules, user roles, and the real problems the platform solves. We gathered UI screens, workflows, and key features.

Weekly alignment on script, storyboard, and style. We built a design language that feels modern, simple, and warm for education.

Delivered a full product explainer plus short social edits. Animated UI, dashboards, assignments, and parent-teacher communication..
Iterations
Two rounds of refinement focused on clarity, pacing, and emphasizing the “connected school community” message.
SiSi replaces the pile of separate systems a school normally runs — one for lesson plans and marks, another for enrolment and student records, another for fees, another for attendance, another for the letter home to parents — with a single platform where all of it shares the same data.
A teacher marking a student absent updates the record a parent sees that evening, the report an administrator reviews at the end of term, and the attendance figures feeding the school's own reporting. Instead of that one fact being typed four times, into four systems that don't talk to each other.

The difficulty wasn't any single module. It was showing how they connect, to an audience that includes admins, teachers, students and parents — most of whom aren't technical and won't sit through a walkthrough of four different logins to work out what they're buying.
Every one of those audiences needed to see themselves in the film, without it turning into a module-by-module tour.

The decision that shaped everything: instead of moving system by system, we followed a single event — a mark entered, an absence logged — as it travelled across the admin, teacher, student and parent views. The product's value is the connection between roles, not any one screen, so the film had to move the way the data moves.
