Start My Business exists for someone who has decided to start a company but has no idea what actually happens next.
The platform registers the business, then keeps handling what comes after registration — the compliance filings, licences and operational setup a new owner wouldn't know to look for until they'd already missed one. It's built to be the place someone returns to as their business moves from an idea into something that legally and operationally exists.
The platform genuinely does all of this. The gap was that people couldn’t see it.
The offering is layered enough that new users weren’t grasping its extent quickly enough to understand the value, and were dropping off before they knew what they’d signed up for. A list of services — registration here, compliance there, operational tools somewhere else — reads as several separate purchases rather than one relationship a business owner leans on for years.
