Challenges

StayVera wanted a clean, modern, and easy-to-understand product story that could clearly explain how their platform works for property managers and guests. Their main challenge was turning a multi feature real estate platform into a simple visual story that feels premium, smooth, and trustworthy.

How do you make a two-sided platform feel like one simple promise?

Guided Input

We studied StayVera’s product, user journey, and core value points. From this, we created a narrative that simplifies their full workflow into a clean story.

Project Pulse

We shared style frames, screen compositions, and the animation mood to align visuals with their brand experience. This stage ensured the film stayed true to their premium positioning.

Video Deliveries

We delivered each sequence in batches for quick review. The animation focused on real interface interactions, calm transitions, soft lighting, and natural pacing.

Iterations

After feedback, we refined timing, UI clarity, color balance, and pacing until everything felt polished and cinematic.

Two audiences, no compromise available

StayVera sits between property managers and the guests who book their properties — handling the booking itself and the operational work a manager would otherwise run separately: availability, guest communication, the mechanics of a stay from booking through check-out.

It serves both sides from one system, rather than making a manager run guest-facing booking and internal operations through different tools.

The platform does a lot, for two audiences with different needs, and all of it had to read as one coherent product rather than modules bolted together.

Losing either audience undercuts the other. A film built for one side leaves the other looking like an afterthought — which is exactly the impression a platform selling trust to both sides cannot afford to give.
