The brief arrived with no live-action footage. No studio shoot, no hands, no ears.
Comfort is a tactile claim. Sound quality doesn't register on a screen. And premium is normally established by contrast with a real environment — light falling across a real surface, a hand picking the product up. Without any of that, the film had to invent its own physical world from nothing.
